The £25 call-out fee includes up to one hour of help at your home.

More help at no extra cost

If I fix your main problem before the hour is up, you can use the remaining time for other IT-related questions or problems.

Only £20 for each extra hour

If the work takes longer than one hour, additional time is charged at just £20 for each further hour.

For example

If your PC is running slowly and I fix it in 30 minutes, there is no need to end the visit. You can use the remaining time to ask me about your printer, email, phone, Wi-Fi or another IT-related problem.
